I was a little hesitant because I didn’t want to waste money on something cheap that I’d have to replace later, but this turned out to be a solid buy. The price felt fair, and the quality was actually better than I expected. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but I’d rather pay a bit for something that holds up. I’d buy it again.

I grabbed a couple of sauces the heat ratings were pretty much on point. The hot one definitely had a kick, not destroy-your-soul spicy, but enough that I had a brief moment of wondering if I’d made a life choice. One of them was a little milder than I expected, but overall I’m really happy with them.

"A bit frustrating, but not all bad"
I had kind of mixed feelings using the website. It worked in the end, but the pages felt slow and I kept getting turned around while trying to find what I needed. The menu could definitely be clearer, and the checkout info was harder to track down than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"Arrived fine, but the packaging could’ve been better"
I ordered from kosmosq.com and I have mixed feelings about the packaging. The box showed up looking a little beat up, and there wasn’t much padding inside, so I was kind of worried when I opened it. Thankfully nothing was damaged, which is the main thing, but it didn’t feel as secure as I expected for the price. Not a terrible experience, just not great either. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

I tried this rub on both ribs and chicken, and both came out much saltier than we like. The smoke flavor was decent, but overall it didn’t really live up to the hype for me. I also reached out to support about it and felt like I got stuck in a loop of the same generic replies, which made the whole experience more frustrating

"Not as easy to use as I expected"
The site looks fine at first, but I had a hard time finding basic things. Some pages were confusing, and it felt like I had to click around way too much just to get simple stuff done. Maybe it gets easier once you’re used to it, but right now it’s frustrating. If it stays this annoying, I’ll probably end up using something else.

I tried these recipes over the weekend and they actually helped my ribs come out really good. I’m always a little nervous trying something new with ribs since they’re not exactly cheap and it’s easy to dry them out, but the steps were simple enough to follow and I felt confident along the way

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to kosmosq.com support expecting the usual back-and-forth nonsense. To my surprise, they replied quickly and fixed it without turning it into some overly complicated process. It was also nice that they clearly read my message instead of sending one of those generic copy-paste replies we all know and love. Overall, genuinely good service, and yeah, I’d use them again...
